CLiF presenter Tam Smith visits Montgomery LEAPS for a storytelling event and free book giveaway where each child in attendance selects two brand new books to take home. CLiF’s Summer Readers grant supports summer programs across Vermont and New Hampshire to keep children reading during the school vacation.
